Vashava Sabaj

Vashava currently performs on the following flutes, all of which were hand crafted by Odell Borg of High Spirits Flutes in Patagonia AZ: 1) Aromatic cedar flute (key of F#); 2) Madrone burlwood flute (key of G); 3) Aromatic cedar flute (key of A minor); 4) Aromatic cedar flute (key of G, Hijaz scale); 5) Spanish cedar drone/double flute (key of G minor); 6) Spanish cedar contra bass flute (key of B minor); 7) Spanish cedar contra bass flute (key of C minor); 8) Aromatic cedar contra bass flute (key of E minor).

Vashava's PA system consists of two, 2000 watt powered Alto monitors; a Behringer digital rack mixer/equalizer; a Warm Audio WA-87(A2) condenser microphone; a Heil end fire PR-40 dynamic microphone; and five Myers Pickups dynamic instrument microphones. This PA system is sufficient for venues seating upwards of 5000 persons, although Vashava prefers venues limited to 500 or fewer persons.
